Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts are a combination of two or more keyboard keys that perform a task that would normally require a mouse or other pointing devices. Keyboard shortcuts provide quick and easy access and can save you time and effort to navigate to your Windows and other Applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. They help improve efficiency in the use of Computer.

Once you get to know how keyboard shortcuts work you will be addicted. The time and effort you will take to remove your hand from the keyboard to your mouse can be eliminated by using keyboard shortcuts. Example, if you are working on a Microsoft document and you want to save your work, you can do it from the keyboard by simply pressing CTRL + S key on the keyboard. That way you continue typing without removing your hand to go to the mouse.
